Default Verm/East Cameron Coastline 3_31_17

Started around 2:00 PM. Fished till Sundown. The canals and bayou's were soo muddy, didn't even bother to run to the beach.
Not hardly any tidal movement as predicted, and most of the time the fish would not even bite. Cruised around, found a 15 minute
Spec bite and a 30 minute Red bite, and dat was it. Fished with live shrimp(via cast net, small and very hard to find) ...and
Powerbait/ 3" shad.

I tried to zero in on the Specs, they were there somewhere, but they're finicky and cruise around in schools I think.
One minute they are there, the next 15 minutes they are somewhere else, or so it seems. Some areas are
generally better than others....but again, the action was so slow I couldn't zero in on them like I wanted. Yep, better
than a day at work. :-)

Folks are still doing pretty good on crabs as well, moving water.
