Looking for marsh I can duck hunt this year. Would ideally want to be down by the coast from Johnsons Bayou to Grand Chenier somewhere. But willing to go elsewhere. It will be a Family place. Anything from small ponds can put 1 blind in, to large acres of marsh that need to be reclaimed and opened up with new blinds put in. I have the equipment and resources to fix up properly for right place. I do not mind paying for quality location. I will carry insurance for leased property and I own property myself so I know what it means to take care of it and will leave it in better condition than it was when I got there.
