Has anyone ever grilled goose legs and wings. I'm going through the freezer and I forgot I have bags of these guys. Like 7 bags with 5 legs and wings in each. So I'm thinking of boiling them down for a while in some seasonings. Probly boil them for about 2-4 hrs or until tender. Then take them out and marinate them up and sear them on the grill to get that taste. What yall think? Time to start emptying the freezers out and make space for the coming killing season ya know.

I wouldn't boil them. You can brine them by soaking them in 1/2 gallon of water with 1/4 cup of salt dissolved in it for 12-20 hours then grill/smoke them.
