Cheering when the supremes usurp the authority of states to implement your preferred policies for all 50 states in one fell swoop is foolish and ignorant. I recommend Scalia's dissenting opinion. Exactly! But, as we saw in California of all places, the people do not want this. Which is exactly why it was pushed up to the SCOTUS.
What is amazing to me, is that they can interpet what the states "want" for health care, yet ignore what clearly the states want for same sex marraige.
