I don't know all the details 100% but what the guys with the BMW's told me is they get the BMW and it's put in their name and as long as they keep their sales up and make the company money they pay the note on it. Don't shoot the messenger here guys, I'm just stating what I've seen. All I can say is, if u have any more doubts or questions, do some research.
