slow PC now working well
Just want to put a "shout out" about one of the SC members. For about the last year, my bride of 42 years has been complaining about how slow her PC was. I tried different things to speed it up, but that only made it worse so I tried to talk her into letting me buy her a Mac (full disclosure, I have a Mac and love it), but she's too tight to spend the $$$.
Long story short, I saw where Duffy had posted stating he could do PC repairs so I initiated contact with him. He ended up accessing her PC remotely and in addition to cleaning it up, he also made a couple of recommendations that we followed. The end result so far is a much faster PC and a happy bride. And his price was very reasonable. I highly recommend that if you're experiencing similar problems, shoot him an email and end the nagging from your "spousal unit".
