I would like to get some feedback on the idea of a new, full service marina that would be located on the ship channel in the Hackberry area. It would evently have some rental cabins as well for the out of towners. Also, if it had a boat lift to remove your boat from your trailer in order to do trailer maintence. Please let me know what you think about this idea. Thanks
