Late January-March is definitely my favorite time to be on the water. I love the challenge of finding those giant prespawners. i want to call BS but i'll wait until you tell me where you're fishing, i haven't heard of any water temps even close to 60degrees and the males dont even go shallow until about 58.5 deg's , more like 60+
