For some reason I was a lil hungry this morning so I made a hearty brunch of bacon sausage, fresh veggies omelet and cheesey grits.
Cooked the sausage to start thing off

The on to the omelet with Gruyere, white cheddar and sharp cheddar cheese, red bell peppers, green peppers, and fresh mushrooms, a lil more of the cheeses.

Finished! Topped off with some sour cream.
