That is actually a little faster than I thought it would run, happy for you. I would have guessed mid 30's for that rig, I'm glad I was wrong

I have just begun the break in on mine. I know my Merc 4 stroke really woke up after about 20 hours run time. Don't you love the storage space in that boat, unusual for an aluminum boat to have that much room

I have twisted the throttle a few times just to feel the jump. 40mph is really nice in those boats. They drive very predictable. That Edge I had would run like a scalded dog, but was unpredictable. I would be running along just fine and comfy around 45mph, the boat would all of a sudden start chine walking, hit the trim or burp the throttle and it would stop the rocking???? Never really got that boat figured out. Not mine any longer
