The other day I picked up a package of Camellia brand Pink Beans and decided today was a good day to cook them. Now the package says to cook them one way but I'm trying my way with a bit of a Cajun twist. I soaked them just like I would red or white beans overnight.
Got the seasonings(onios, celery, garlic, diced Cherry bomb peppers from the garden and fresh bay leaves)along with some diced tasso and Wayne Jacobs Andouille.

Beans added and time to simmer till done!
