W, as Cripley stated, my wife took an engineering position there about 6 months ago. She was as Lyondell in Houston for 8 years before leaving. Overall she is more than pleased with Sasol. Just like with most companies, there are some challenges, but its how you handle those challenges. You can complain about them or you can do something about them. She is very excited about the potential growth opportunity that is coming down the pipeline. Additionally, my brother-in-law, is the shift supervisor for the ECHO unit (new unit going in). He has been there for 17 years and has enjoyed it very much. He said they have been more than fair to him and given him every opportunity to advance his career.
