Not something i cooked But... Went to luberge B.R. today for the buffet and had the BEST braised ox tail i have ever eaten. Melt in your mouth tender and excellent flavor. Made the mgr. get the chef who fixed the dish come out front so i could thank him. Tried to get the recipe but no dice
