I've killed or been around thousands of green winged teal drakes in my life. Never killed or seen one that looks like that.
Let me know when one of yall kill a green wing teal that looks like that, and as far as a eurasian teal, that would be just as rare as a hybrid. There is hardly any distinction between the green wing teal and the eurasian green wing teal. The few eurasian teal that have been seen in the US have been in Oregon.
It's clearly a green winged teal/pintail hybrid. Ask any reputable taxidermist that has been successful in the business for, lets say, 20+ years.

Steve German has probably the only mounted pair of pintail/greenwinged teal hybrids in the country, and the drake looks exactly like the one in this thread. Go take a look.
