Take away the painted blue beak and feet, and voila! young Eurasian Teal!
How would a young teal be 2 times the size of a standard GWT?? Ya'll don't make any sense! Its a Hybrid, Doesn't look anything like a Eurasian. I showed the bird to someone with a Masters in Reproductive Sciences from LSU Vet and he believes it to be a mix. I can provide any of the nay-sayers his contact info.

Also, just to further satisfy the people who have never seen a hybrid in person and just wanted to say its a dressed up GWT. He has taken the bird to be viewed by his former professors and will get a final write up on it. I'll post their finding....
