Slid out to Sherbune this morning to see if I could find a gobbler to cooperate. Can't get them to cooperate in St Francisville or MS just yet. Found one talking and slid in on him. He only gobbled 6 times total. Never would respond to my call. Tried to slip in behind me but I caught him.

Registered him at game warden station was surprised it was only 4th turkey killed. Season closes tomorrow there. They usually kill at least 30-40.
