Andy you seam like a squared up dood. If she will listen to you, suggest the following to her;
1. Start acting like an adult (zero alchohol or drugs)
2. Find an adoptive family for baby (easy to do)
3. Follow through with adoption ( see #1)
4. Find someone to sort out her issues
