Sounds like some one new the dog.i use to have a ribbon dog once and guess some one seen me working her.same thing padlock cut and her gone.i probly could of found but when I heard who took instead of getting police I seen him and just say I lost it so I blew the chance of suprise showing up finding dog but I pray u find him
