Lmao, yeah, anything would work. Wings were on sale, so that's what I used. These were actually some super wings or something, had a lot of meat on them.
Keep in mind this was 15-20 wings. This recipe might only make a few thighs. Bacon drippings might change the flavor too. I might try vegetable or canola oil. Not sure how much effect Bacon drippings would have on the flavor.
