The NSA has been around longer than you have so thinking that it will go away is foolish. We need agencies like the NSA and CIA to make sure those that would harm us are stopped. Where I dissagree is when they eavesdrop on citizens. They should be listening to every towel head, slurpy jocky and goat herder living in America or better yet, Deport them all.
