I usually cut and split my own. My brother has been borrowing my spliter lately. He brought me a trailor load of hickory blocks as payment. Thats for the bbq pit though. I have a few big oaks in my yard I want to cut this summer. Need to get a new chain for my big saw first. Those are gona be heat for next winter. Our only heat source is wood. That soapstone wood stove keeps the place toasty though.
