Fuming Mad!!! - But need assistance!!
I need some assistance/guidance from anyone in the healthcare industry. I have gone to 1/2 dozen websites and don't have the time or law degree required to find what I need.
Under the new Affordable Health Care Act (Obama Care) if a part time employee works 30 hours a week, they must be provided health care insurance by the employer (or offered). Fine! We get that!!!!
Problem is, I need to find a waiver or some other document in writing which shows that if a part time employee has coverage from his full time job, then the part time employer can not be fined for the employee not taking his/her insurance.
I would go into more details, but it would just make everyone so steaming mad on this website that we would increase the bandwidth for a rant session!
