While I was hunting with my son he got himself a road chicken (ruffed grouse). The way we clean them is step on the inside of the wings and pull the legs leaving the bird clean and only the breast with wings attached. When I took the picture of him holding the cleaned bird we forgot he still had his helmet on from the wheelin' we were doing. We both had a great laugh when we browsed through the pictures
