as promised, here is my report: Tues. p.m., caught a limit at the mudhole, but took awhile. Once water started moving, the catch increased. Kinda crowded, but didn't take too long to get a spot. Finished up with a couple of nice reds at the cement wier on the way back.
Wed. a.m., Holy S**t! Doesn't anyone work anymore?
Had to wait until about noon just to get a spot and after a bunch of throwing, ended up with another limit. As I was leaving the MH about 3pm, four additional boats drove up and as I was pulling the boat out at the landing, five more trucks drove up. I think "the word" is out.
Thurs. a.m., purposely got to the MH late to see if the "first wave" was packing up, but that wasn't the case. Seems the initial guys there got their limits quick, but after that, it was slow, slow. Decided not to wait, but counted 20 boats there as I was leaving. Hit Price Lake Rd. for a few crabs and quit early.
Reports that Rollover was no better. Probably will take another weather change to improve things a bit.
