Several Craackheads stole a chiwoohwa downtown, waited for the reward to be posted and then called to claim said reward. Neighbor had given description of the perps to PO PO and they followed dog owner to drop location. Craackheads didn't get reward chedda and owner got their family member back. Investigation is on going by LC Po Po but I doubt anything will come of it. Would have been nice if they would have let me show them how a Heeling Stick works over the course of 15 miniutes.
