Scott Archery Releases
I wanted to give a shout out to Scott Archery for their outstanding customer service...
I was shooting last week in preparation for the 9/21/13 Season opener for Archery and the strap on my Scott release broke. I've had this release for 6 seasons so I figured it was time for a new one.
I bought the new one and saw on the package that Scott has a "Can't beat it Guarantee" so I decided to send in my old release and maybe I would end up with a backup.
It was mailed last Wednesday and was supposed to be delivered on Friday... When I got home yesterday (less than a week) I had a package with my old release fully refurbished with a new strap, rollers, and dowels...
Bravo to a great company with great customer service... VERY fast and no questions asked!!
