Mark a line with a sharpie on the Reids where they meet the shim. Then pull the Reids out slide them back toward the end the sounds come out of just enough to bury the line you drew. Try that. If nothing then just put it back on your mark. It's worth a shot bc a fine tuned dr85 is a force to be reckoned with. I learned on a faulks. That's a raspy critter. Didn't know any better and that's what gpaw blew and swore by.
