I use some in salsa pico ge gallo
5-6 Roma Tomatoes
1 small red onion
1 clove garlic
1-2 jalapenos or other peppers
6-8 sprigs cilantro leaves
small pinch of cumin
juice from a lime
juice from a lemon
couple pinches salt
Chop all of that fine, put it in a bowl, let it marinade for an hour or so in the fridge and eat on chips.
I WOULD NOT PUT IT IN A STEW
