Default How do you cook Wild Turkey
What is the best way to cook wild turkey? I have heard to cut breast into strips/chunks, season and wrap w/ bacon and grill.

Have a full breast and 2 thigh/leg combos from the turkey I shot this weekend. No skin on meat.
