Default 1st Crawfish Boil of 2013

This morning I picked up a sack of crawfish from Captain Sid's in Bucktown and while I was cutting grass I cleaned the bugs off by rinsing with fresh water.
I had some video but was unable to upload it.

This was 37 lbs of mudbugs just dying to make for a delkicious meal

The necessary seasonings and sices for making them taste great. I threw in some of those oranges I still have on my trees too.

Right after dumping them in that boiling spicy water.

Done and draining!

Time to eat this boat load of delicious bugs!

After chomping down on some corn on the cob my Granddaughter decided she was ready for some crawfish. Don't worry this one was rinsed clean of spiciness.
