Had a termite inspection today because we are refinancing our house and J&J found 2 tunnels on the front of my house behind some bushes!
They gave me an estimate of $1,086 to treat the entire perimeter of my house.
Has anyone had this happen to them? Is the treatment successful? They will have me on a contract for $125 per year for an annual inspection and treatment if necessary. It runs for 7 years then I have to re-treat at current market price.
Does this price sound about right? Or can I shop around and get it cheaper?
Good news is that due to the refinancing we are saving $510 a month on our note!
