STAR Rules
There is some confusion about who can't and can enter the STAR tournament. Several folks have complained recently about not being eligible for the tournament if you have a commercial fishing license. The only people ineligible to fish the tournament are commercial fin fish license holders. If you are a commercial shrimper/crabber license holder you can fish the STAR.
