the tips are the same the only diff is that one has a little more back bone than the other, i believe the #10-#17 might be just a tad stiffer but the one that i am building is pretty nice, tip wise. and like isaid it fades from that ligfht blue to a charcoal blue further up the blank, i just completed the grip assembly and put a reel on it 9 in lower grip perfect balance, with those lowprofile titanium guides it's going to be a trout god.
