Did you know that crawfish tail meat has more fiber and protein than chicken breast and is lower in fat and caleries than chicken breast?

I didn't know that. That is probably straight meat with no fat or seasoning. I don't think eating 5 lbs of boiled crawfish is the healthiest of diets though

with all that sodium and other good stuff
