Were you successfully able to install SAS and Malwarebytes? If so definately try running them in safemode, if they still won't run try this. Go into the Program files of your computer. It's usually located at C:\ProgramFiles, In there you should see folders for both Malwarebytes and Superantispyware. What you're going to want to do is go into each of those folders and rename both of the Main .exe files for both programs. For example when you go into the Malwarebytes folder you should see a file named "mbam.exe" rename this file to something else, it doesn't matter what you rename it to as long as it has the .exe extension (example rename mbam.exe to whatever.exe). For SAS you will see a file named "SUPERANTISPYWARE.EXE. Again rename this file to something else just make sure you have the .exe extension.

Now close out of program files and try to re-open both programs. A-lot of times these viruses have registry entries that look for keywords in installed programs, they look for keywords that are commonly associated with Virus and Malware removal programs. By renaming the .exe file sometimes you can trick them and get the program running.

I do also reccomend before going to far into trying to remove the viruses make sure all your critical information (Like Pictures and Documents) are backed up. If Windows becomes unstable and you can't boot up at least you'll have your stuff backed up.
