So prolly banning all autos that weigh over a 100 lbs,and exceed 20 mph would be the ticket. I mean really who needs to go over 20 mph? I know the law says I can go 65 mph.,but really why should every American need to go 65? If they only went 20 mph, then it would give time for the sober people to jump out of the way of the drunks coming at them. Cmmmonnnnn Mannn!!!
