Been running lifted trucks on hwy and i've had off road mud trucks. Cheapest way is to get another truck for off road. Been there done that. If you going for looks put a body lift and a mild suspension lift. Fuel mileage will go to sheet and you'll change lots of suspension and steering parts due to premature wear with a big lift due to extra stress put on components.
Also don't buy a cheap lift you will regret it.
