a lot of people's "Mental Health" is effected by the foods that they eat! sounds dumb but true. and not all of these people had mental problems. sounds like doctors have an agenda to prescribe drugs to people that cause them to have worst problems then before they were on the drugs. They got a drug for everything thats the problem, over medicated idiots, I don't even take an aspirin for a head ache, all that crap is bad for your organs, If you have a head ache is probably because you need to drink more water and get some sleep. that always helped for me!
