On my way to school this morning, on the side of Park road (going south right after tomahawk dr.) In the ditch There is a man sitting in a aluminum boat, with a go-devil longtail on the back
Wish i could have got a picture...folks this ditch is maybe 3 1/2 ft wide 1 1/2ft deep.
