Jefferson/Corporate area has some nice apartments.
My first place lived at Jefferson Shadows back in early 1990's near Jefferson/Bluebonnet area.
Got a house in Old Goodwood that I am presently renting out which is in a place that has alot of young couples or older people. Crime fairly low in that area.
Now I live in the gehtto due to I own four duplexes.
It is real colorful in this area and just got to have thick skin to live here.
Missed the Sunday evening fights it was great all the action you could ever want.
Someone threating someone with a gun, four cops, and a fire truck to make sure the so called victim is ok.
Went into the next morning where a skinny person knocked down a 300 lb which is being nice foodstamp collector. You would have to have seen it to believe it that skinny girl can fight, but she been to prison a few times since I known her. Just got to love it here.
Don't want to live anywhere on Florida Blvd, Sherwood near Florida Blvd, or Old Hammond/Sherwood area.
