You can't catch fish doing yoga in your living room. The only thing I pay attention to is forecast winds and the direction, thats my deciding factor on going.

Best time to fish is anytime you can go. I am now a weekend warrior/office fisherman so can't go on the 'best' days but make do with what I got. Just like the reports on VBay above saying the trout are not there, they are not biting, don't waste your time, yet that one fella goes out and ready to give up and boom catches a 100
