I think I remember that most Appartments will not allow a water bed to be put on a second floor.
Best thing would be to call a place that sells trailers and ask them.
Also recommend you check "online" for prices.......much cheaper than from a local store.

According to this info, a king size bed would come in at about 1640# . I'd say "not good"....
