Anthony (rigratnomeaux) gave me a big chunk of fresh tuna today so I cut it up into 6 steaks about an inch thick, dusted 4 of them with seasoning's, and seared them in olive oil in my cast iron skillet. The other two got sliced up real thin and dipped in ponzu sauce. I don't know which one was better but they were both frickin amazing to say the least!!!!

I didn't get a picture of the raw strips because my wife and I tore em up so quick.
