state territorial sea...... Is this the "3 mile off shore distance"?
If so, anywhere in the above discribed area.....encluding fishing from Holly Beach area..... is in the 15 trout limit area.
If you launch you boat over in Grand Chenier and stay in the Gulf....the limit is 25 Trout.
