they do have some good videos on youtube....it will be a very serious job, removing the console is a must to do it right...also for marine applications your not going to be able to use your parts house fiberglass kits. You will need to get polyester resins and mat. Price some of the materials on say, WestMarine an then get a quote from a fiberglass shop before hacking into your boat. Its going to cost you more to do it yourself than what you think & if the floor is bad I would bet your going to have some stringer issues and possibly lower transom rot also. If you have decent skills in paint/body work and familiar with the chemicals, get some videos and fire up the saw!! If not it may be over your head and cheaper in the long run to just have it done.
