We have torn up the reds back there on spoons. Go back in unit E armed with your favorite artificial. I prefer the Johnson silver or golden sprite's. They are pretty weedless. There is a lot of grass, the water looks good and once you find the reds it is on! We ran into a school of them. My buddy caught them on a plastic worm and I caught them on a snagless sally that was tore up after the second fish.

You can also go to the second bridge and take a right. Go down that canal until it turns back to the left. The first or second cut on the left is where you want to be for some big reds. They stack in there sometimes. That water is muddier though, and you will probably have to live bait catch em. Live mullet is probably the best bait for them back there.
