amazing support and service
Today I attempted to upgrade my Garmin 4210 and I had some trouble so I contacted Garmin's support line to get advice on how to do it. After talking to one of the techs on the phone we exchanged a few emails. It came down to my computer not being able to update the sd card and the tech opted the send me a new sd card with the update pre-loaded at no charge. I definitely have to say it was very nice to get good tech support and service for a change. Oh and not having to speak to someone with a strong foriegn accent named "George" was really nice too.
