Pop hasnt been duck hunting since before I was born. I've been after him the last few years to come with me. He finally decided to come!!!

It was cold of course. I under dressed of course. And OF COURSE.....NO WATER!!!! I tried like hell to get us in a decent pond, but it wasnt happening. While trying to find a good spot, I decided to jump a "gap" where there is normally a 2ft wide run of water.......I landed in 4ft deep mud, of course......after 20 minutes, I get myself out of there. No help from Pop, he was laughing to uncontrolably........

Finally threw out some Dekes and had about 15minutes of shooting tiome before all the water was gone.......

Tally: 8 downed, could only recover 2 because it was nothing but Mud left. Started heading in at 7......sucked
