Run over to Men's Wearhouse, they may have something 'in the back' or some sale, you would be surprised. You can get slacks and a suit for 50 bucks sometimes.
Scratch all that, if y'all have a Ross' Dress for Less, go there they have some CHEAP stuff. Seriously, my wife shops there all the time, I was forced in there with her last weekend and they have suits. You will find pimp attire as well, just gotta dig
