I am the type that slam stores for bad customer service, but I also
spread the word when I receive excellent service.
I received a product from Terry w/ CATCHDAT that was defective,
I called Terry and the fix was on. He mailed me a new reel before I had time to mail in the old on. The transaction was painless and smoth.
That is why I buy local........
